This is a bourgeois residence with features of eclecticism and rich decoration. The building is two-storey, with a rectangular floor plan. Its façade is organized with a three-part layout and a central symmetrical axis, which is emphasized by the position of the entrance and the triangular decorated finial at the metope of the building. On the first floor there is a marble balcony which runs along the entire length of the façade with ornate metal railings supported by marble corbels. The lower side of the balcony is especially elaborate with decorative frames and marble rosettes. Between the openings, marble figurative pilasters are formed that adorn the façade. On the upper level of the corner pilasters there are embossed colored decorations with floral motifs. The finial of the building is decorated with a three-part cornice, marble decorative corbels (like guttas) on the eaves and a solid metope on the façade. The roof of the building is wooden and covered with Byzantine type roof tiles.
